What Pico Pico does with your data
- Google Calendar (read)— Pico Pico reads your upcoming events from your primary Google Calendar so it can show your next meeting in the notch with a one-click join button. Events are held in memory only, never stored on our servers.
- Google Calendar (write)— When you click Start Meet, Pico Pico creates a transient calendar event with a Meet conference attached, captures the meeting URL, then deletes the event within half a second. We never modify calendar entries you created yourself.
- Zoom (write)— When you click Start instant Zoom, Pico Pico creates a fresh meeting on your Zoom account via the Zoom API and copies the join link to your clipboard. We do not read existing meetings, recordings, transcripts, or participant lists.
- Tokens & credentials — All OAuth tokens are encrypted in your macOS Keychain (AES-256, device-only). They never leave your Mac.
- No telemetry— The Mac app sends no analytics, no crash reports, and no usage tracking. The only data picopico.xyz handles is what’s needed to process your purchase and let you re-download.
